  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place a small ovenproof dish on a baking tray so it heats evenly and remains easy to handle.

  • 2. Add the 100 g cheese to the dish in an even layer. If the cheese is in a single block, place it centered in the dish; if it is grated, distribute it uniformly without compacting it.

  • 3. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until the cheese is fully softened, glossy, and beginning to settle at the edges. The surface should look molten rather than dry, and the center should yield without resistance.

  • 4. Remove from the oven and rest for 1 minute. This allows the cheese to stabilize slightly while remaining fluid and warm throughout.
