  • Blandet frugt, moden og godt afkølet: 300 g


  • Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Inspicér den blandede frugt, og kassér eventuelle stykker, der er stødte eller overmodne. Frugten skal være duftende, fast nok til at holde formen og fuldt moden.

  • 2. Hvis nødvendigt, beskær, skræl, fjern kerner eller del frugten i mundrette stykker af ensartet størrelse. Gå efter rene snit, der bevarer saft og struktur.

  • 3. Kom den klargjorte frugt i en røreskål, og vend den forsigtigt en eller to gange, lige nok til at fordele stykkerne jævnt uden at mase dem.

  • 4. Overfør frugten til en serveringsskål, og anret den, så farver og former forbliver tydeligt adskilte. Den færdige skål skal se rigelig, men kontrolleret ud, uden overskydende væske, der samler sig i bunden.

    Server straks i en afkølet skål. Frugten skal ligge i en pæn lille top med tydelig adskillelse mellem stykkerne, blank af de naturlige safter og de friskskårne kanter.
