  • Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Forvarm ovnen til 180°C. Sæt et lille ovnfast fad på en bageplade, så det opvarmes jævnt og forbliver nemt at håndtere.

  • 2. Kom de 100 g ost i fadet i et jævnt lag. Hvis osten er i ét stykke, placeres den midt i fadet; hvis den er revet, fordeles den jævnt uden at blive presset sammen.

  • 3. Bag i 6 til 8 minutter, indtil osten er helt blødgjort, blank og begynder at sætte sig ved kanterne. Overfladen skal se smeltet ud snarere end tør, og midten skal give efter uden modstand.

  • 4. Tag fadet ud af ovnen, og lad det hvile i 1 minut. Det giver osten mulighed for at sætte sig en smule, mens den stadig forbliver flydende og varm hele vejen igennem.


  • Anretning og servering


    Servér direkte i det varme fad, eller vend forsigtigt ud på en lille varm tallerken, hvis osten holder formen pænt samlet. Den endelige tekstur skal være blød, sammenhængende og rigt smeltet, med en glat overflade og uden synlig tørhed.
