Naturbelassene Hähnchenbrustfiletstücke

  • Instructions
  • 1. Die Hähnchenbrustfiletstücke mit Küchenpapier trocken tupfen.

  • 2. Überschüssiges Fett oder Bindegewebe bei Bedarf entfernen.

  • 3. In Stücke schneiden, falls sie noch nicht portioniert sind.

  • 4. Mit der bevorzugten Methode vollständig durchgaren, bis das Hähnchen innen nicht mehr rosa ist und eine Kerntemperatur von 75 °C erreicht.

  • 5. Vor dem Servieren oder der Weiterverwendung in einem anderen Rezept kurz ruhen lassen.
