  • 1. 厚手の鍋に牛乳を注ぎます。

  • 2. 焦げつきを防ぐため、ときどき混ぜながら中弱火で加熱します。

  • 3. 少しとろみがつき、好みの濃度になるまでやさしく煮ます。

  • 4. 火から下ろし、温かいうちに供します。
