  • Metode


  • 1. Plaas die bessies in 'n klein swaarboomkastrol oor medium hitte. Verhit vir 2 minute en roer een of twee keer, totdat die bessies begin glans en 'n klein hoeveelheid sap vrystel.

  • 2. Gaan voort om vir 4 tot 6 minute te kook en roer liggies en af en toe, totdat die vrugte versag en die sappe tot 'n ligte, glansende stroop reduseer. Sommige bessies moet heel bly; die kompot moet nie in 'n puree inmekaarsak nie.
