Dit is ’n presiese, helder en skerp gestruktureerde koolzuurhoudende fokusdrank wat gebou is rondom die skoon suurheid van ramonade-geur. Die karakter daarvan moet verkwikkend eerder as soet wees, met ’n ferm sitruslyn, ’n ingehoue nasmaak en genoeg karbonasie om die verhemelte wakker te hou.   • Metode


  • 1. Verkoel die koolzuurhoudende water tot 2 tot 4°C. Hou dit koud; dit bewaar die karbonasie en gee die voltooide drank ’n stywe, skoon struktuur.

  • 2. Meng die sitroensuur, natuurlike geure, kafeïen, sukralose, acesulfaamkalium, natriumsitraat, preserveermiddels en kleurmiddel in ’n menghouer. Roer net totdat alles heeltemal versprei is en die mengsel eenvormig lyk, 30 tot 45 sekondes.

  • 3. Voeg die koolzuurhoudende water in ’n stadige straaltjie by terwyl jy minimaal roer. Werk doelbewus om die gas te behou; die vloeistof moet lewendig bly en fyn bruis.

  • 4. Giet dadelik oor in die blikkie of bottel en laat so min as moontlik kopruimte. Verseël onmiddellik. Die voltooide drank moet helder tot liggies getint wees, skerp aromaties en verkwikkend op die verhemelte.

  • 5. Hou verkoel tot bediening. Die tekstuur moet bros wees, met ’n skoon sitrusaanval en ’n droë, gefokusde nasmaak.
