  • 1. Læg avocadoen på skærebrættet, og kontroller, at den er jævnt moden. Den skal give let efter for tryk uden at kollapse.

  • 2. Del avocadoen på langs rundt om stenen med ét rent snit. Drej for at adskille halvdelene.

  • 3. Fjern stenen forsigtigt. Brug en ske til at løfte frugtkødet ud af skrællen i ét stykke, hvis muligt.

  • 4. Trim og form avocadoen efter ønske til servering, og hold snitfladerne rene og frugtkødet intakt. Konsistensen skal forblive smidig, blank og uden trykmærker.

    Anret avocadoen pænt på en afkølet tallerken med snitfladerne vendt opad, så frugtkødets naturlige glans vises. Server straks, mens konsistensen er fast-cremet og smagen er ren og frisk.
