  • 150 g blandede bær


  • Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Kom bærrene i en lille, tykbundet gryde ved middel varme. Varm dem i 2 minutter, og rør én eller to gange, indtil bærrene begynder at skinne og afgiver en lille smule saft.

  • 2. Fortsæt tilberedningen i 4 til 6 minutter under forsigtig og lejlighedsvis omrøring, indtil frugten blødgøres, og saften reduceres til en let, blank sirup. Nogle bær bør forblive hele; kompotten må ikke koge ud til en puré.

  • 3. Hvis en glattere finish ønskes, så pres kompotten gennem en finmasket si, mens den stadig er varm, og pres kun let nok til at frigive frugtsaften. Ønskes en mere rustik skål, så lad den være som den er.

  • 4. Overfør straks til en skål, og lad den køle af i 5 minutter. Kompotten bør sætte sig til en konsistens, der kan spises med ske, med mør frugt og let fortykket sirup.


  • Anretning og servering


    Kom kompotten i en lav skål i et pænt lag, så frugten ligger naturligt i stedet for at være stablet op. Server varm eller afkølet, afhængigt af det ønskede resultat, med siruppen jævnt fordelt omkring bærrene.
