  • Sukker, 60 g

  • Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Hæld 500 g af vandet i en lille gryde, og tilsæt sukkeret. Sæt gryden over middel varme, og rør i 2 til 3 minutter, lige indtil sukkeret er helt opløst, og væsken er klar. Lad det ikke komme i kog.

  • 2. Tag gryden af varmen, og pisk citronsyren i, indtil den er helt opløst. Væsken skal smage rent syrligt uden nogen grynethed.

  • 3. Tilsæt den naturlige aroma, og pisk kort for at fordele den jævnt.

  • 4. Tilsæt de resterende 186 g vand, og pisk for at køle blandingen let ned. Væsken skal være ensartet og gennemsigtig.

  • 5. Tilsæt vitamin- og mineralpremix, og pisk, indtil det er helt indarbejdet. Hæld drikken gennem en finmasket si over i en kande eller flaske, hvis der stadig er uopløste partikler.

  • 6. Afkøl i mindst 2 timer før servering. Den færdige drik skal være kold, klar og let sød med en sprød syrlig afslutning.

    Server 250 g pr. glas i afkølede, smalle glas. Drikken skal være klar og velafbalanceret med et blegt, lysende udseende og en frisk, opkvikkende afslutning.
