  • Priprema


  • 1. Stavite bobičasto voće u mali lonac s debelim dnom na srednju vatru. Zagrijavajte 2 minute, promiješajte jednom ili dvaput, dok voće ne počne sjajiti i otpuštati malu količinu soka.

  • 2. Nastavite kuhati 4 do 6 minuta, lagano i povremeno miješajući, dok voće ne omekša, a sokovi se ne reduciraju u lagani, sjajni sirup. Dio bobica treba ostati cijel; kompot se ne smije raspasti u pire.

  • 3. Ako želite glađu završnu teksturu, protisnite kompot kroz fino cjedilo dok je još topao, pritiskujući samo lagano, tek toliko da se oslobode voćni sokovi. Za rustikalniju verziju ostavite ga takvim kakav jest.

  • 4. Odmah prebacite u zdjelu i ostavite da se hladi 5 minuta. Kompot bi se trebao slegnuti u gustoću prikladnu za žlicu, s mekanim voćem i lagano zgusnutim sirupom.
