  • 1. Ohladite gaziranu vodu na 2 do 4 °C. Održavajte je hladnom; to čuva karbonizaciju i daje gotovom napitku zategnutu, čistu strukturu.

  • 2. U posudi za miješanje spojite limunsku kiselinu, prirodne arome, kofein, sukralozu, acesulfam kalij, natrijev citrat, konzervanse i bojilo. Miješajte samo dok se potpuno ne rasporede i smjesa ne postane ujednačena, 30 do 45 sekundi.

  • 3. Dodajte gaziranu vodu u tankom mlazu uz minimalno miješanje. Radite pažljivo kako biste zadržali plin; tekućina treba ostati živahna i fino pjenušava.

  • 4. Odmah pretočite u limenku ili bocu, ostavljajući minimalno praznog prostora pri vrhu. Odmah zatvorite. Gotov napitak treba biti bistar do blago obojen, izraženo aromatičan i živahan na nepcu.
