Stavite ohlađenu posudu za miješanje na vagu i dodajte gaziranu vodu, limunsku kiselinu, prirodnu aromu, kofein, vitaminsku mješavinu, zaslađivače, konzervanse, regulatore kiselosti, bojilo i koncentrat arome ramonade redoslijedom kojim su navedeni. Radite brzo i održavajte tekućinu hladnom kako bi se karbonizacija sačuvala u kasnijem dijelu postupka.


  • 2. Lagano miješajte pjenjačom 20 do 30 sekundi, samo dok se prašci i koncentrati potpuno ne rasporede i tekućina ne postane ujednačena. Smjesa treba mirisati čisto, svježe i izrazito na ramonadu, bez vidljivih točkica ili neotopljenih čestica.


  • 3. Procijedite napitak kroz fino cjedilo u ohlađenu bocu ili limenku od 330 g. Time se uklanja sav preostali talog i završetak ostaje uglađen i precizan.


  • 4. Odmah zatvorite. Završni napitak treba biti bistar do blago mutan, ovisno o upotrijebljenom bojilu, s živahnom karbonizacijom, oštrim početnim citrusnim dojmom i suhim, fokusiranim završetkom.
