  • 1. Oryzam albam breviter sub aqua frigida ablue donec aqua minus turbida fluat, deinde bene cola. Hoc amylum superfluum e superficie removet et adiuvat ne grana cohaereant.


  • 2. Oryzam, aquam, et 2 g salis in caccabo gravi coniunge. Ad ebullitionem super ignem medium-altum perduc, deinde statim ad ignem infimum redige, operculo arcte tege, et per 14 minuta sine agitatione coque.
