  • Blandet frukt, moden og godt avkjølt: 300 g


  • Fremgangsmåte


  • 1. Inspiser den blandede frukten og kast eventuelle støtte eller overmodne biter. Frukten må være velduftende, fast nok til å holde formen og fullt moden.

  • 2. Om nødvendig, trim, skrell, fjern kjerner eller del frukten i munnfullstore biter av lignende størrelse. Sikt mot rene snitt som bevarer saft og struktur.

  • 3. Ha den klargjorte frukten i en blandebolle og vend forsiktig én eller to ganger, akkurat nok til å fordele bitene jevnt uten å knuse dem.

  • 4. Overfør frukten til en serveringsskål, og arranger den slik at fargene og formene forblir tydelige. Den ferdige skålen skal se rikholdig, men kontrollert ut, uten at overflødig væske samler seg i bunnen.


  • Anretning og servering


    Server umiddelbart i en avkjølt skål. Frukten skal ligge i en pen haug med tydelig definisjon mellom bitene, glinsende av naturlig saft og nyskårne kanter.
