  • 1. Kapljice bele čokolade dajte v toplotno odporno skledo, postavljeno nad kozico z komaj vrelo vodo. Nežno in neprekinjeno mešajte 3 do 5 minut, dokler se čokolada popolnoma ne stopi in postane gladka, brez vidnih zrnc ali nestopljenih koščkov. Tekstura mora biti sijoča in tekoča, ne vroča.


  • 2. Skledo odstavite z ognja in pustite čokolado stati 2 minuti, pri tem jo enkrat ali dvakrat premešajte. Ostati mora dovolj tekoča za vlivanje, vendar se mora ob robovih začeti rahlo zgoščevati.
