To je bistra, uravnotežena limonada, zasnovana za postrežbo iz steklenice: svetla, čista in odmerjena, ne pa izrazito sladka. Limona je prisotna od prvega požirka do pookusa, podprta z ravno dovolj sladkorja, da zaokroži kislost, ne da bi jo otopil. Pravilno ohlajena mora piti z jasno svežino in gladkim, dodelanim telesom.

  • Koncentrat limoninega soka, 10 g

  • Postopek


  • 1. V majhni kozici zmešajte vodo in sladkor. Postavite na srednji ogenj in enakomerno mešajte 3 do 4 minute, le toliko, da se sladkor popolnoma raztopi in je tekočina bistra. Ne zavrite.

  • 2. Odstavite z ognja in pustite, da se sirup hladi 5 minut. Preden dodate citrus, mora ostati topel, ne vroč.

  • 3. Vmešajte koncentrat limoninega soka in naravno aromo, da se popolnoma povežeta. Tekočina mora izrazito dišati po limoni ter imeti čist, sladek in ostro kisel okus.

  • 4. Limonado precedite skozi fino cedilo v čisto mešalno skledo, nato jo z lijakom prelijte v steklenico. Takoj zaprite in hladite, dokler ni popolnoma mrzla, vsaj 2 uri.
