'n Verfynde nagereg van delikate crêpes, ryp aarbeie en liggies geklopte room, afgewerk met 'n helder bessiesous en 'n fyn sluier versiersuiker.   • 120 g crêpes

  • 15 g botter, vir die pan

  • Metode



  • 1. Verhit die crêpes saggies in 'n droë pan oor lae hitte vir 20 tot 30 sekondes per kant, net totdat dit buigsaam en deurwarm is. Hulle moet sag bly, sonder bros rande.
