  • Olivenolie, 8 g

  • Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Sæt en tykbundet pande eller stegeplade over middel varme, og lad den varme op i 2 minutter. Overfladen skal være varm nok til at riste brødet jævnt uden at svide det.

  • 2. Pensl begge sider af brødet jævnt med olivenolien, og brug alle 8 g. Brødet skal være let dækket, ikke gennemvædet.

  • 3. Læg brødet på den varme pande, og rist det i 2 til 3 minutter på hver side, vend det én gang, indtil overfladen er dybt gylden med fin, jævn bruning, og krummen er sprød i kanterne.

  • 4. Tag toasten af varmen, og smør straks Smör ud over den varme overflade. Brug alle 22 g, og arbejd hurtigt, så det smelter til et blankt, jævnt lag, mens toasten forbliver intakt.

  • 5. Lad toasten hvile i 30 sekunder, så Smör sætter sig i brødet uden at miste sin glans. Server, mens ydersiden stadig er sprød, og midten er varm.

    Læg toasten på en varm tallerken, og server den hel med den blanke overflade synlig. Server straks, før skorpen bliver blød, så kontrasten mellem sprødt brød og smeltende Smör bevares præcist.
