  • 1. Kom havregrynene i en lille gryde, og tilsæt nok vand til at dække dem med cirka 20 mm. Bring det i en rolig simren ved middel varme, og kog i 8 til 10 minutter under jævnlig omrøring, indtil havregrynene er møre, og væsken er reduceret til en løs, cremet konsistens.


  • 2. Tilsæt spinaten i håndfulde, og lad hver tilsætning falde sammen, før du tilsætter den næste. Fortsæt tilberedningen i 2 til 3 minutter under forsigtig omrøring, indtil spinaten er helt faldet sammen, blank og jævnt fordelt i havren.


  • 3. Tag gryden af varmen, og lad bowlen stå i 1 minut. Den endelige tekstur skal være tyk, men stadig kunne spises med ske, med bløde havregryn og spinat, der giver efter uden at blive mat eller trevlet.


  • 7. Anretning og servering


    Kom havren i en opvarmet serveringsskål, og glat overfladen let med bagsiden af skeen. Server straks, mens blandingen stadig er cremet, og spinaten bevarer sin friske grønne karakter.
