  • Instructions
  • 1. Séchez les morceaux de filet de blanc de poulet avec du papier absorbant.

  • 2. Retirez l’excès de gras ou de tissu conjonctif si nécessaire.

  • 3. Coupez en morceaux si ce n’est pas déjà fait.

  • 4. Faites cuire complètement selon la méthode de votre choix jusqu’à ce que le poulet ne soit plus rose et que la température à cœur atteigne 75 °C.
