  • 1. Stavite tavu promjera 24 cm na srednje jaku vatru i ostavite da se zagrijava 2 minute. Tava treba biti ravnomjerno zagrijana, ali ne smije dimiti.

  • 2. Dodajte 15 g maslaca i pustite da se potpuno otopi, prekrivajući dno tave tankim, ravnomjernim slojem. Maslac treba lagano pjeniti, bez jačeg tamnjenja.

  • 3. Žlicom stavljajte 220 g smjese za palačinke kako biste oblikovali palačinke jednake debljine. Držite smjesu pod kontrolom i ostavite razmak između porcija ako pečete više od jedne odjednom.

  • 4. Pecite 2 do 3 minute s prve strane, dok se površina ne stegne uz rubove i dok se ne pojave mali mjehurići koji počinju ostajati vidljivi. Donja strana treba biti blijedozlatna.
