  • 1. Stavite avokado na dasku za rezanje i provjerite je li ravnomjerno zreo. Trebao bi lagano popustiti pod pritiskom, a da se ne urušava.

  • 2. Jednim čistim rezom prerežite avokado po dužini oko koštice. Zakrenite polovice da ih odvojite.
