  • Postupak



  • 1. Zagrijte tavu ili ploču za pečenje na srednje jakoj vatri dok površina ne bude potpuno vruća, oko 3 minute. Tava treba omogućiti trenutačan kontakt i ravnomjerno tamnjenje.

  • 2. Stavite goveđu pljeskavicu u suhu tavu i pecite 3 do 4 minute s prve strane, dok donja strana ne bude duboko zapečena, a rubovi se ne počnu stvrdnjavati.

  • 3. Okrenite pljeskavicu i pecite 2 do 3 minute s druge strane. Vanjština treba biti dobro zapečena, a sredina vruća i sočna.

  • 4. Prerežite pecivo za hamburger i zagrijte prerezane strane u istoj tavi 30 do 45 sekundi, samo dok se lagano ne prepeku i zamirišu.

  • 5. Ravnomjerno rasporedite umake po prerezanim stranama peciva.

  • 6. Stavite goveđu pljeskavicu na donju polovicu peciva. Uredno složite zelenu salatu, rajčicu i kisele krastavce preko pljeskavice tako da svaki element ostane vidljiv i zaseban.

  • 7. Poklopite gornjom polovicom peciva i vrlo lagano pritisnite kako biste učvrstili sendvič bez sabijanja sredine.
