Pravi hamburger je študija razmerij: dobro zapečena goveja polpeta, mehka bombetka in zadržana plast dodatkov, ki povezujejo, namesto da bi prevladali.   • 1. Ponev ali ploščo za peko segrevajte na srednje močnem do močnem ognju, dokler površina ni povsem vroča, približno 3 minute. Ponev mora omogočiti takojšen stik in enakomerno porjavenje.

  • 6. Govejo polpeto položite na spodnjo polovico bombetke. Zeleno solato, paradižnik in kisle kumarice lepo razporedite po polpeti, tako da vsak element ostane viden in razločen.

  • 7. Pokrijte z zgornjo polovico bombetke in zelo rahlo pritisnite, da se sendvič učvrsti, ne da bi stisnili sredico kruha.


  • Serviranje



    Postrezite takoj na preprostem krožniku, na sredini in nepoškodovano. Bombetka mora ostati mehka, polpeta vroča, okras pa hrustljav, pri čemer dodatki poskrbijo za čist in povezan zaključek.
