  • 1. Mesne kroglice položite v majhno ponev za sotiranje na srednji temperaturi. Nežno jih segrevajte 6 do 8 minut in jih enkrat ali dvakrat obrnite, dokler niso povsem ogrete in je zunanjost rahlo glazirana ter voljna. Mesne kroglice morajo ostati mehke, ne suhe ali premočno zapečene.

  • 2. V ponev dodajte smetanovo omako in zmanjšajte temperaturo na nizko. Mešajte ali zavrtite ponev 1 do 2 minuti, le toliko, da se omaka sprosti, enakomerno prekrije mesne kroglice ter postane sijoča in gladka. Ne pustite, da zavre.

  • 3. Ko se omaka oprime v tanki, enakomerni plasti in so mesne kroglice v sredini vroče, takoj odstavite z ognja.
