  • Krompirjevi kosmiči, 15 g

  • Koruzna moka, 3 g

  • Sol in začimbe, 2 g

  • Postopek



  • 1. Pečico segrejte na 180°C in pekač obložite s papirjem za peko.


  • 2. V mešalni skledi zmešajte krompirjeve kosmiče, koruzno moko ter sol in začimbe. Temeljito premešajte, da se začimbe enakomerno porazdelijo in ne ostanejo svetlejše sledi.


  • 3. Dodajte rastlinsko olje in ga vdelajte v suho mešanico, dokler ne spominja na drobne, enakomerno navlažene drobtine. Mešanica se mora ob pritisku sprijeti, ne da bi bila videti mastna.


  • 4. Mešanico združite v kompaktno maso. Če se upira, jo močno stisnite namesto gnetenja; cilj je gladko, povezano testo, ne elastičnost.


  • 5. Testo razvaljajte med dvema listoma papirja za peko na debelino 2 mm. Izrežite kroge premera 6 cm in jih prenesite na pripravljen pekač, pri čemer med posameznimi kosi pustite majhen razmik.


  • 6. Pecite 10 do 12 minut in pekač enkrat obrnite na polovici peke, dokler niso kolobarji ob robovih enakomerno zlati in pečeni tudi v sredini. Na otip morajo biti suhi in krhki, ob dvigu pa morajo jasno počiti.


  • 7. Hrustljavčke prenesite na rešetko za hlajenje in jih pustite 5 minut, da se dokončno osušijo in med ohlajanjem dosežejo popoln lom.
