  • 1. Kompot iz mešanega jagodičevja dajte v majhno kozico na nizko temperaturo in ga nežno segrevajte 2 do 3 minute, le toliko, da se nekoliko razrahlja in postane sijoč. Biti mora vroč, vendar ne sme vreti, jagode pa morajo ohraniti svojo obliko.


  • 2. Ponev proti prijemanju premera 24 cm postavite na srednjo temperaturo. Dodajte maslo in pustite, da se popolnoma stopi, nato naj se rahlo speni in začne dišati po oreščkih, ne da bi porjavelo.


  • 3. Palačinke položite v ponev in jih segrevajte 1 do 2 minuti na vsaki strani, pri čemer jih enkrat obrnite. Površina mora na robovih postati rahlo hrustljava in enakomerno segreta, z bledo zlato barvo.
