  • Postupak


  • 1. Stavite ćufte u mali tiganj za sotiranje na srednju temperaturu. Zagrevajte nežno 6 do 8 minuta, okrećući jednom ili dvaput, dok se potpuno ne zagreju i spolja ne dobiju lagan sjaj i podatnost. Ćufte treba da ostanu mekane, ne suve niti jako zapečene.

  • 2. Dodajte krem sos u tiganj i smanjite temperaturu na nisku. Mešajte ili lagano vrtite tiganj 1 do 2 minuta, samo dok se sos ne opusti, ravnomerno obloži ćufte i ne postane sjajan i gladak. Ne dozvolite da provri.

  • 3. Kada se sos zadrži u tankom, ravnomernom sloju, a ćufte budu vruće i u sredini, odmah sklonite sa vatre.

    Rasporedite ćufte uredno na topao tanjir i kašikom prelijte krem sos preko i oko njih u kontrolisanom sloju. Završna prezentacija treba da bude kompaktna, tako da sos uokviruje ćufte umesto da ih prekrije.
