  • Komadići bele čokolade, 180 g

  • 1. Stavite komadiće bele čokolade u posudu otpornu na toplotu postavljenu iznad šerpe s vodom koja jedva vri. Mešajte nežno i neprekidno 3 do 5 minuta, dok se čokolada potpuno ne otopi i ne postane glatka, bez vidljivih zrnaca ili neotopljenih delova. Tekstura treba da bude sjajna i tečna, ali ne vruća.


  • 2. Sklonite posudu s toplote i ostavite čokoladu da stoji 2 minuta, mešajući jednom ili dvaput. Treba da ostane sipka, ali da počne blago da se zgušnjava uz ivice.


  • 3. Ravnomerno raspodelite otopljenu čokoladu u 4 male čaše za serviranje ili ramekina, koristeći 45 g po porciji. Poravnajte površinu poleđinom kašike tako da se svaka porcija slegne u čist, ravan završetak.


  • 4. Hladite 45 do 60 minuta, dok se površina ne stegne, a unutrašnjost ne bude dovoljno čvrsta da zadrži oblik, a da pritom ostane nežna na jeziku.
