Dit is ’n helder, gebalanseerde limonade wat ontwerp is vir bottelbediening: vars, skoon en afgemeet eerder as aggressief soet. Die suurlemoen is teenwoordig van die eerste sluk tot by die nasmaak, ondersteun deur genoeg suiker om die suurheid af te rond sonder om dit dof te maak.   • Water, 360 g

  • Suiker, 130 g

  • Suurlemoensapkonsentraat, 10 g

  • Natuurlike geurmiddel, 0.5 g


  • Metode


  • 1. Meng die water en suiker in ’n klein kastrol. Plaas oor medium hitte en roer aanhoudend vir 3 tot 4 minute, net totdat die suiker heeltemal opgelos is en die vloeistof helder is. Moenie kook nie.

  • 2. Haal van die hitte af en laat die stroop vir 5 minute afkoel. Dit moet warm bly, nie heet nie, voordat die sitrus bygevoeg word.

  • 3. Roer die suurlemoensapkonsentraat en natuurlike geurmiddel by totdat dit heeltemal ingewerk is. Die vloeistof moet duidelik na suurlemoen ruik en skoon, soet en skerp suur smaak.

  • 4. Giet die limonade deur ’n fynmaas-sif in ’n skoon mengbak, en gebruik dan ’n tregter om dit in die bottel te gooi. Seël onmiddellik en verkoel tot deeglik koud, minstens 2 uur.


  • Opdien en bediening


    Bedien goed verkoel in ’n skoon glas of direk uit die bottel. Die voltooide limonade moet bleek, helder en perfek glad wees, sonder sediment en met ’n skerp, verfrissende nasmaak.
