  • Metode


  • 1. Gooi 500 g van die water in 'n klein kastrol en voeg die suiker by. Plaas oor matige hitte en roer vir 2 tot 3 minute, net totdat die suiker heeltemal opgelos is en die vloeistof helder is. Moenie dit laat kook nie.

  • 5. Voeg die vitamien- en mineraalvoormengsel by en klits totdat dit volledig ingewerk is. Giet die drank deur 'n fynmaas-sif in 'n kan of bottel as enige onopgeloste deeltjies oorbly.

  • 6. Verkoel vir minstens 2 uur voordat dit bedien word. Die voltooide drank moet koud, helder en lig soet wees, met 'n skerp suur nasmaak.
