  • 150 g yoghurt

  • 50 g jordbær, nikket og skåret i skiver

  • 50 g blåbær


  • Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Kom yoghurten i en skål, og rør kort, til den er glat og smidig, cirka 15 sekunder. Den skal have en blød konsistens, der kan spises med ske, uden at blive for løs.

  • 2. Anret jordbærrene og blåbærrene, så frugten er jævnt fordelt og klar til lagdeling.

  • 3. Kom halvdelen af yoghurten i serveringsglasset eller skålen med en ske, så der dannes en jævn bund.

  • 4. Tilsæt halvdelen af jordbærrene og halvdelen af blåbærrene i et jævnt lag. Lad frugten være synlig mod yoghurten; lagene skal forblive tydelige.

  • 5. Tilsæt resten af yoghurten, og glat den let ud til en ren overflade.

  • 6. Afslut med resten af jordbærrene og blåbærrene, og placer dem pænt ovenpå, så parfaiten fremstår tydeligt i profil, og frugten forbliver frisk og intakt.


  • Anretning og servering


    Server straks i et klart glas eller en lille, lav skål. Den færdige parfait skal fremstå med rene lag, hvor den hvide yoghurt indrammer de røde og blå bær i en afdæmpet, balanceret sammensætning.
