Sauteret gul squash og løg

En enkel grøntsagstilbehørsret med mør gul squash og sødt løg sauteret i olivenolie og krydret med salt og sort peber. Den er let, velsmagende og passer godt sammen med grillet kød, ris eller pasta.

  • Gul squash, 280 g

  • Løg, 100 g

  • Olivenolie, 20 g

  • Salt, 10 g

  • Sort peber, 10 g


  • Samlet vægt: 420 g

    Fremgangsmåde


  • 1. Skær den gule squash og løget i ensartede stykker.

  • 2. Varm olivenolien op i en stegepande ved middel varme.

  • 3. Tilsæt løget, og steg det i 2 til 3 minutter, indtil det er blødt.

  • 4. Tilsæt den gule squash, salt og sort peber.

  • 5. Steg under omrøring af og til i 6 til 8 minutter, indtil squashen er mør, men ikke smattet.

  • 6. Smag til, og juster krydringen om nødvendigt, og servér derefter varm.
