  • 1. Stavite tešku tavu ili ploču za pečenje na srednje jaku vatru i pustite da se zagrijava 2 minute. Površina treba biti dovoljno vruća da ravnomjerno tostira kruh bez zagorijevanja.

  • 2. Kistom ravnomjerno premažite obje strane kruha maslinovim uljem, koristeći svih 8 g. Kruh treba biti lagano premazan, ne natopljen.

  • 3. Stavite kruh u vruću tavu i tostirajte 2 do 3 minute sa svake strane, okrećući jednom, dok površina ne postane duboko zlatna s finim, ravnomjernim tamnjenjem, a sredina hrskava uz rubove.

  • 4. Maknite toast s vatre i odmah rasporedite Smör po vrućoj površini. Upotrijebite svih 22 g i radite brzo kako bi se otopio u sjajan, ravnomjeran sloj, a da toast ostane netaknut.

  • 5. Ostavite toast da odstoji 30 sekundi kako bi se Smör slegnuo u kruh bez gubitka sjaja. Poslužite dok je vanjština još hrskava, a sredina topla.
