  • Postupak


  • 1. Zagrijte pećnicu na 220°C. Mali lim za pečenje obložite papirom za pečenje i stavite tavu otpornu na pećnicu na srednje jaku do jaku vatru na 2 minute.


  • 2. Posušite losos tapkanjem. Ovdje se ne dodaju začini; jelo se oslanja na prirodnu koncentraciju sastojaka. Stavite losos u vruću tavu i pecite 2 minute s prve strane, dok se ne stvori lagano zlatna korica.

  • 6. Ostavite losos da odstoji 2 minute prije posluživanja na tanjuru. To omogućuje da se sokovi slegnu, a sir stisne u povezanu koricu.
