  • 1. Zakuhajte vodu u loncu od 2,5 L do punog vrenja. Dodajte tjesteninu i kuhajte 8 do 10 minuta, povremeno miješajući, dok rezanci ne omekšaju, ali u sredini još zadrže blagu čvrstoću.
