  • Postupak


  • 1. Zakuhajte srednje velik lonac vode do punog vrenja. Dodajte tjesteninu i kuhajte 1 minutu kraće nego što je navedeno na pakiranju, dok vanjski dio ne omekša, a sredina ostane lagano čvrsta. Dobro ocijedite i ostavite sa strane.


  • 2. Dok se tjestenina kuha, narežite pileća prsa na jednake komade veličine zalogaja. Neka komadi budu ujednačeni kako bi se piletina kuhala istom brzinom.


  • 3. Stavite tavu na srednje jaku vatru. Dodajte piletinu u jednom sloju i pecite 5 do 7 minuta, okrećući prema potrebi, dok izvana lagano ne porumeni i iznutra ne postane potpuno neprozirna. Sokovi trebaju biti bistri, a meso čvrsto, ne gumasto.


  • 4. Dodajte ocijeđenu tjesteninu u tavu. Neprestano miješajte 1 do 2 minute na srednjoj vatri dok se tjestenina i piletina ravnomjerno ne sjedine te tjestenina ne postane sjajna i potpuno vruća.


  • 5. Maknite s vatre i ostavite tavu da odstoji 1 minutu prije posluživanja. Time se tekstura stabilizira i jelo se dovršava u skladnom stanju.

    Poslužite izravno iz tave ili prebacite u zagrijanu plitku zdjelu. Tjestenina treba činiti osnovu, a piletina biti ravnomjerno raspoređena kroz jelo, a ne skupljena samo na vrhu. Završna prezentacija treba biti kompaktna, čista i odmah spremna za jelo.
