  • Priprema



  • 1. Lagano zagrijte palačinke u suhoj tavi na laganoj vatri 20 do 30 sekundi sa svake strane, samo dok ne postanu podatne i ravnomjerno tople. Trebaju ostati mekane, bez hrskavih rubova.


  • 2. U istoj tavi dodajte maslac i pustite da se otopi na laganoj vatri. Zavrtite tavu da se dno ravnomjerno obloži, zatim maknite tavu s vatre.


  • 3. Položite palačinke ravno i ravnomjerno rasporedite jagode među njima. Žlicom nanesite tučeno vrhnje preko voća u glatkoj, kontroliranoj liniji, a ne u rastresitoj hrpici.


  • 4. Svaku palačinku preklopite u urednu četvrtinu ili je lagano zarolajte, tako da nadjev ostane vidljiv, a oblik uredan. Palačinka treba zadržati oblik bez pucanja, a vrhnje treba ostati jasno odvojeno.


  • 5. Kratko zagrijte umak od bobičastog voća u malom lončiću na laganoj vatri 1 do 2 minute, samo dok ne postane tekuć i sjajan. Treba se lijepo izlijevati bez vrenja.
