Postupak



  • 1. Stavite jednu švedsku palačinku na tanjur za posluživanje ili stalak za tortu. Rasporedite tanak, ujednačen sloj tučenog vrhnja po površini, ostavljajući uski rub od 5 mm. Sloj treba biti gladak i podatljiv, ne toliko debeo da klizi.


  • 2. Dodajte drugu palačinku i ponovite s tučenim vrhnjem. Nastavite slagati na isti način dok ne iskoristite sve palačinke, ravnomjerno raspoređujući tučeno vrhnje kako bi složenac ostao ravan i stabilan.


  • 3. Kad je posljednja palačinka na mjestu, rasporedite preostalo tučeno vrhnje po vrhu u čistom, ravnomjernom sloju. Površina treba biti glatka i blago zaobljena, s uredno zadržanim rubovima.


  • 4. Žlicom stavite nadjev od jagoda na vrh i nježno ga rasporedite u ravnomjeran sloj. Završite tako da po površini točkasto nanesete ili razmažete džem od brusnica u suzdržanom uzorku kako bi oba voćna elementa ostala vidljiva i jasno odvojena.


  • 5. Ohladite sastavljenu tårtu 15 minuta ako želite čvršću krišku. Torta treba djelovati stabilno u sredini i zadržati slojeve bez sabijanja pri rezanju.
