  • Metode


  • 1. Letakkan bakso dalam wajan sauté kecil di atas api sedang. Hangatkan perlahan selama 6 hingga 8 menit, balik sekali atau dua kali, sampai panas merata dan bagian luarnya tampak sedikit mengilap serta lembut. Bakso harus tetap empuk, tidak kering atau terlalu kecokelatan.

  • 2. Tambahkan saus krim ke dalam wajan dan kecilkan api ke rendah. Aduk atau putar wajan selama 1 hingga 2 menit, hanya sampai saus sedikit mengencer, melapisi bakso secara merata, dan tampak mengilap serta halus. Jangan sampai mendidih.

  • 3. Saat saus menempel dalam lapisan tipis dan merata, dan bakso panas hingga ke bagian tengah, segera angkat dari api.


  • Penyajian


    Susun bakso dengan rapi di atas piring hangat lalu sendokkan saus krim di atas dan di sekelilingnya membentuk genangan yang terkontrol. Penyajian akhir harus tampak ringkas, dengan saus membingkai bakso alih-alih menutupinya sepenuhnya.
