  • 1. Siapkan campuran bahan sehat agar siap untuk dimasak merata dan dirakit. Jika campuran berisi biji-bijian, sayuran, dan unsur protein, pisahkan hanya seperlunya untuk mengendalikan tekstur dan waktu memasak.

  • 2. Letakkan panci sedang di atas api sedang dan masak komponen biji-bijian atau pati terlebih dahulu, jika ada, hingga empuk tetapi masih terpisah jelas. Teksturnya harus lentur, tidak hancur, dan biji-bijian harus tetap terpisah.

  • 3. Hangatkan unsur sayuran dan protein dalam wajan sauté kecil di atas api sedang selama 3 hingga 5 menit, hanya sampai panas merata dan sedikit empuk. Pertahankan warna dan strukturnya; jangan biarkan campuran menjadi lembek atau berair.

  • 4. Gabungkan semua komponen dalam mangkuk pencampur dan aduk lipat perlahan hingga tersebar merata. Campuran akhir harus terasa seimbang, padu, dan berbumbu ringan dari bahannya sendiri.
