  • 2. Potong buah menjadi bagian-bagian yang rapi dan seragam, sesuai untuk disajikan dalam mangkuk. Usahakan ukurannya konsisten agar teksturnya seimbang dari suapan pertama hingga terakhir.

  • 3. Pindahkan buah ke mangkuk pencampur dan aduk balik perlahan satu atau dua kali untuk mendistribusikan potongan tanpa menghancurkannya.

  • 4. Sendokkan buah ke dalam mangkuk saji, tata dengan sedikit ketinggian dan variasi warna serta bentuk yang terlihat jelas. Hasil akhirnya harus tampak segar, mengilap, dan utuh.
