    Dasar lemonade


  • Air, 360 g

  • Gula, 130 g

  • Konsentrat jus lemon, 10 g

  • Perisa alami, 0.5 g


  • Cara membuat


  • 1. Campurkan air dan gula dalam panci kecil. Letakkan di atas api sedang dan aduk terus selama 3 hingga 4 menit, hanya sampai gula larut sepenuhnya dan cairannya bening. Jangan sampai mendidih.

  • 2. Angkat dari api dan biarkan sirup mendingin selama 5 menit. Sirup harus tetap hangat, bukan panas, sebelum bahan sitrus ditambahkan.

  • 3. Aduk konsentrat jus lemon dan perisa alami hingga tercampur sempurna. Cairannya harus beraroma lemon yang jelas dan terasa bersih, manis, serta asam tajam.

  • 4. Saring lemonade melalui saringan halus ke dalam mangkuk aduk yang bersih, lalu tuang ke dalam botol dengan bantuan corong. Segel segera dan dinginkan hingga benar-benar dingin, setidaknya 2 jam.

    Sajikan dalam keadaan sangat dingin di gelas bersih atau langsung dari botol. Lemonade yang sudah jadi harus berwarna pucat, cerah, dan benar-benar halus, tanpa endapan dan dengan akhir rasa yang segar serta renyah.
