  • Metode



  • 1. Panaskan terlebih dahulu cetakan wafel dan hangatkan piring saji sebentar, jika memungkinkan, agar wafel dapat disajikan tanpa penundaan.

  • 2. Panaskan wafel dalam cetakan wafel selama 2 hingga 3 menit, hanya sampai bagian luarnya renyah dan permukaannya benar-benar hangat. Wafel harus terasa kering saat disentuh dan harum, bukan lembek atau beruap.

  • 3. Segera letakkan wafel di atas piring hangat.

  • 4. Tambahkan es krim vanila di samping atau sebagian di atas wafel, jaga agar tetap utuh dan dingin. Es krim harus mempertahankan bentuknya dengan hanya sedikit melunak di bagian tepi.

  • 5. Sendokkan saus beri di atas wafel dan di sekitar es krim dalam garis terkontrol atau genangan kecil. Saus harus tampak cerah dan mengalir, bukan menyebar tipis di seluruh piring.

  • 6. Sajikan segera, selagi wafel tetap renyah dan es krim masih padat di bagian tengah.
