  • 1. Coniunge 40 g avenae et 60 g aquae in parva patella. Pone super ignem medium et coque per 4 ad 5 minuta, assidue movendo, donec avena mollita sit et mixtura spissa sed adhuc cochleari capi possit. Remove ab igne et sine quiescere per 2 minuta; avena formam tenere debet sine rigore.

  • 2. Pone cochleari 75 g iogurti in fundo vitri ad serviendum. Expande in stratam aequalem.

  • 3. Adde dimidiam partem avenae calidae, circiter 50 g, super iogurtum. Aequaliter distribue ut stratum distinctum maneat.

  • 4. Sparge dimidiam partem 50 g baccarum super avenam. Fructus in superficie manifeste iacere debet, non omnino subsidere.

  • 5. Adde reliqua 75 g iogurti in strata leni, deinde perfice reliqua avena et baccis, summitate munda et aequata servata.

  • 6. Sine parfait quiescere per 2 minuta antequam servias. Textura finalis debet esse frigida et cremosa infra, cum avena molli et baccis quae recentes et integrae manent.
