  • 2. Avenam in parvam caccabum cum 120 g aquae pone. Super ignem medium ad lenem ebullitionem perduc et per 4 ad 5 minuta coque, saepe movens, donec avena aquam absorberit et basim crassam cochleari sumendam effecerit. Ab igne remove.


  • 3. Spinacium avenae calidae adde et per 30 ad 45 secundas move, tantum donec marcescat et nitidum fiat. Deinde lycopersica involve et breviter misce, ut aequaliter distribuantur sine plena dissolutione.


  • 4. Mixturam avenae in vas coctorium calidum infunde et dorso cochlearis complana. Salmonem superpone uno frusto integro. Condimentum hic non additur; ferculum sapore puro et directo manere debet.


  • 5. Caseum aequaliter super salmonem et superficiem apertam mixturae avenae sparge. In furno per 18 ad 20 minuta coque, donec caseus liquefactus sit et leviter quibusdam locis infuscatus, lycopersica ad margines bulliant, et salmo per medium opacus sit cum sola levi translucentiā in parte crassiore.


  • 6. E furno remove et per 3 minuta quiescere sine. Coctura in texturam firmam, cohaerentem et secabilem considere debet potius quam in ius laxum.
