  • 4. Temperiem olei ad 185°C auge. Patatas in oleum redde et frige per alia 2 ad 3 minuta, donec penitus aureae sint, ad margines crispae, et cum tolluntur fragorem edant. Statim cola et sale condi dum calidae sunt.


  • 5. 8 g olei vegetabilis in patella super ignem medium-altum calefac. Globulos carnis adde et coque per 6 ad 8 minuta, saepe vertendo, donec undique aequaliter infuscati sint et penitus cocti. Exterior pars bene colorata esse debet, dum medium sucidum manet nec iam roseum est.
