  • 1. Inspecione a fruta variada e descarte quaisquer pedaços pisados ou demasiado maduros. A fruta deve ser perfumada, suficientemente firme para manter a forma e estar totalmente madura.

  • 2. Se necessário, apare, descasque, retire as sementes ou separe a fruta em gomos, cortando-a em pedaços pequenos de tamanho semelhante. Procure fazer cortes limpos que preservem o sumo e a estrutura.

  • 3. Coloque a fruta preparada numa taça de mistura e envolva delicadamente uma ou duas vezes, apenas o suficiente para distribuir os pedaços de forma uniforme sem os esmagar.
