  • 1. Crêpes nežno segrevajte v suhi ponvi na nizkem ognju 20 do 30 sekund na vsaki strani, le toliko, da postanejo prožne in se enakomerno segrejejo. Ostati morajo mehke, brez hrustljavih robov.


  • 2. V isto ponev dodajte maslo in pustite, da se na nizkem ognju stopi. Zavrtite ponev, da se dno enakomerno prekrije, nato ponev odstavite z ognja.


  • 3. Crêpes položite na ravno površino in mednje enakomerno razdelite jagode. Stepeno smetano naložite na sadje v gladki, nadzorovani liniji, ne v ohlapnem kupčku.
